Suggestions

5-10 minutes before your workout, empty 1 scoop of POW into a glass or bottle. Add 6-8 oz of cold water. Allow to effervesce (fizz). Mix gently to avoid excess foaming. DO NOT SHAKE VIGOROUSLY. Do not exceed 2 servings daily. Protect from heat, light and moisture.
